• Payment-related Information: Payment status and history when subscribing to paid plans. *Payment details such as credit card numbers are managed directly by Stripe, Inc. and are not accessible to the Operator.
• Cookies: We use cookies to maintain login status and improve service functionality.

The Operator uses collected information only for the following purposes. We will never sell or transfer it to third parties.

• To provide the Service and manage systems according to individual user usage
• To process payments for paid plans and manage subscription status

The Service uses external APIs (such as OpenAI) to provide features (such as AI-powered conversations), but user-entered text and other data is not used for retraining AI models.

Additionally, we use "Firebase" for infrastructure and "Stripe" for payments, and data is securely protected according to each company's privacy policy.

The Operator will not provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases:

The Operator implements appropriate security measures in cloud infrastructure (such as Firebase) to prevent data leaks, loss, or damage.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
